2) How do I use Pawadiz?

Tip: If your pet is new to trims, do 1 to 2 nails per session and build up.
3) Will it work for dogs and cats?
Yes. Pawadiz can be used for both dogs and cats. For very small pets, go extra slowly and trim less each clip.
4) What if my pet hates nail trimming?
That’s common. Try these:

If your pet is extremely anxious, ask your vet or groomer for help.
5) How often should I trim my pet’s nails?
Most pets need a trim every 2 to 4 weeks. If you hear nails clicking on the floor, it’s usually time.
6) How do I choose the right amount to cut?
Always cut small amounts. The quick is the sensitive part inside the nail and can be closer than you think, especially on dark nails. If you are unsure, do smaller trims more often.
7) Can I use Pawadiz on dark nails?
Yes. Dark nails just require extra caution. Trim in tiny steps and check the nail after every clip.
8) My pet moved while clipping, what should I do?
Stop, calm your pet, and try again later. For safety, avoid trimming if your pet is pulling away a lot.
9) What if I trimmed too short?
If you think you cut too short, stop trimming right away. Apply gentle pressure with a clean cloth. If bleeding does not stop quickly or your pet seems in pain, contact your vet.
10) How do I clean Pawadiz?
Wipe the blades with a soft cloth after use. For deeper cleaning, use a little rubbing alcohol on a cloth and let it dry fully before storing. Do not fully submerge unless your product instructions say it is waterproof.
11) Does Pawadiz come with a warranty?
Yes. If there is a problem with your product, contact our support team and we will help you with a replacement or solution.
12) How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

14) What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For return instructions, contact us first so we can provide the correct return steps.

16) I entered the wrong address, can you change it?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
